The brief
A private residence on the Dnipro slopes, designed to frame the river panorama while maintaining privacy from the neighbouring plots. The brief called for a contemporary interpretation of the local vernacular — clean volumes, natural materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.
The result is a home that feels both grounded and open. Floor-to-ceiling glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and landscape, while the material palette — exposed concrete, warm oak, and local stone — anchors the building in its context.
